What counts as a seat?

A seat is one named person authorized to sign in and use BuildingPRO. Seats cannot be shared. The company owner controls invitations and access. Adding a seat increases the company’s included usage; upgrading from Core to Full Andy increases capability.

No token math for contractors. BuildingPRO measures AI consumption behind the scenes. The company owner sees understandable usage levels and receives notices before a limit. We will not silently charge overages. Optional additional usage will require the owner’s approval.

Before the pilot ends

All pilot members—including members using the $0 Free Pilot—will be notified at least one month before the pilot concludes. They will have the opportunity to lock in an available discounted subscription before pilot access ends. No account will be silently converted into a paid subscription.
